    Day 2 of Cross fit…Brandon made up a routine for me that I really enjoyed and was challenged with! Many thanks to Brandon for your patience and encouragement!! :)

    10 minutes of as many cycles of the following…

    8 KB Deadlifts, 8 walking lunges, 8 swing rings

    And the results today….5 cycles obtained in 10 min + 3 extra dead lifts Yay!! I was quite sore from Tuesday, but felt like I powered through well!!! ( Julie Layman)

    500 meter time today 2min 4sec, beat Sat time by 30 sec…push ups challenge, approx 45 total, goal was 100 :( bike challenging today to end things up!!! Great workout, thanks Marcos :)

    Today, 35 box steps, 22 band pull ups, 1000m ROWING, 10 min airdyne 2.5 miles, phew, I’m beat! AWESOME job competing today Marcos, so fun to watch!!:)

    Today, brought my friend Jammie to join me;) thanks so much Marcos and Brendan for your encouragement today!! approx 50 pull-ups ( help with the band of course, haha) 50 box steps with weights, made my legs BURN!! Backwards squats, and first time holding that crazy pose for 1:30 x 2, hope to add weights soon to my squat bar!!

    Free day but made up yesterday’s workout of the killer start, ya know, high knees, butt kickers, etc.. 3 rounds of 800 m runs, first set 5:48, 2nd 5:28, 3rd 5:38, not bad!!;)

    200m run, 20 American swings, 25 Burpees completed first round 4min, 200m run, 20 American swings, 30 burpees, 40 mountain climbers, 25 walking lunges completed in second round 8min! Great workout!!
