Upcoming Events

June 16th we will be starting a Teenager/Athlete (13-18 year olds) strength and conditioning program for kids looking to better develop their strength, speed, and  conditioning during the summer. This will be at 10am 1 hour class.  Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. This will be a 10 week program that will guarantee to strengthen and condition your Teenager during the summer. If your kid is looking to get bigger, faster, and stronger, this is something that you will want to enroll them in. Price will be $200 for the ten weeks.  Last class will be Friday August 22nd.   Please e-mail mramos@crossfitreformation.com with any questions.

June 17th we will be starting our kids Program. This will be Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.  Price will be $70 per month for the  non numbers and for the 2nd kid $60. Members $60 for the 1st kid and $50 for the 2nd kid. Age groups will be from 3-6, and 7-12, more details/rules to come. These will be 30 min classes. We are still working out the details for what times the classes will be at. If you have any questions or recommendation on times please e-mail mramos@crossfitreformation.com.

June 28th we will be celebrating our 1 year anniversary. Plan is to have a workout, coaches and owners will answer any questions you all have, and of course finish it off with some food and cold beverages. As of right now the plan is to start around 12 after everyone is done working out. We will also be having a swap party. You can bring anything CrossFit related that you don’t use anymore and sell it or trade it with someone. Should be a good time.
